Bianco Calacatta Silestone combines thick, electric gray veins with a soft, luminous gray-white background for a bold take on Calacatta marble. Part of Silestone’s Eternal collection, its veining runs through the body of the slab, including the edges, so the pattern continues naturally on mitered and waterfall edges. Made with Hybriq technology, it’s a low-porosity hybrid surface of minerals and recycled materials that resists stains and scratches and doesn’t need sealing. Bianco Calacatta comes in polished and suede finishes in 2cm and 3cm thicknesses.

Frequently Asked Questions

expand all answers
  • Bianco Calacatta is a Silestone design from the Eternal collection that reinterprets Italian Calacatta marble. It pairs thick, high-contrast gray veins with a soft, luminous background, so it reads as dramatic rather than subtle. Like other Eternal designs, its veining runs through the slab, which helps edges and corners look like natural stone.

  • Both are Silestone Eternal designs inspired by Calacatta marble, but they suit different looks. Classic Calacatta has evenly spaced, finer gray veins on a neutral white background for a calm, understated surface. Bianco Calacatta uses thicker, bolder veins on a grayer, luminous background, which makes it a stronger focal point on an island or full-height backsplash.

  • It depends on the look you want. The polished finish brings out more vibrant color and reflections and gives the classic glossy marble look. The suede finish has a soft, matte feel with consistent color, which suits more modern or relaxed kitchens. Both finishes are low-porosity and don’t need sealing.

📏 How to Measure Your Countertop
▼

Choose your countertop shape and measure in inches:

Essential Measurement Tips:
  • Measure in inches: Use a tape measure and record all dimensions in inches for accuracy.
  • Account for overhangs: Standard overhang is 1–1.5 inches beyond cabinet edges.
  • Consider appliances: Measure around cooktops, sinks, and other fixtures that will be cut out.
  • Check for walls: If installing against walls, measure the actual wall length as walls may not be perfectly straight.
  • New construction: If you don't have existing countertops, measure the cabinet boxes and add overhang allowances.

Accurate measurement is the most critical step in your countertop project. Even small errors can result in expensive mistakes, material waste, or ill-fitting slabs. We strongly recommend scheduling a professional template measurement with our team.
