I had thought that the Moon White granite was a little too playful for me. But it ultimately grew on me and now, I just can’t imagine my kitchen without it. I’ve had mine for about 3 years now and there’s really no complaints here. I had my cabinets repainted a warm dark gray and the combinations were immaculate.

📏 How to Measure Your Countertop

Choose your countertop shape and measure in inches:

Essential Measurement Tips:

  • Measure in inches: Use a tape measure and record all dimensions in inches for accuracy.
  • Account for overhangs: Standard overhang is 1–1.5 inches beyond cabinet edges.
  • Consider appliances: Measure around cooktops, sinks, and other fixtures that will be cut out.
  • Check for walls: If installing against walls, measure the actual wall length as walls may not be perfectly straight.
  • New construction: If you don't have existing countertops, measure the cabinet boxes and add overhang allowances.

Accurate measurement is the most critical step in your countertop project. Even small errors can result in expensive mistakes, material waste, or ill-fitting slabs. We strongly recommend scheduling a professional template measurement with our team.
