With so much grey and white detailing throughout our home, we wanted to choose a granite that featured some warmer browns as well. Caledonia Granite features specks of white, grey, brown and black to tie our color scheme together. I love how the sun reflects off of the counters in the morning!

My Caledonia Granite countertop has been with us for quite some time now, about 4 years. It still looks like itโ€™s in perfect condition. Despite all these years, thereโ€™s not a scratch or a chip on it. Its brown, gray and black specks that blend perfectly well with just about any color we can think of. Itโ€™s beautiful and durable, what else would we need?

๐Ÿ“ How to Measure Your Countertop
โ–ผ

Choose your countertop shape and measure in inches:

Essential Measurement Tips:

  • Measure in inches: Use a tape measure and record all dimensions in inches for accuracy.
  • Account for overhangs: Standard overhang is 1โ€“1.5 inches beyond cabinet edges.
  • Consider appliances: Measure around cooktops, sinks, and other fixtures that will be cut out.
  • Check for walls: If installing against walls, measure the actual wall length as walls may not be perfectly straight.
  • New construction: If you don't have existing countertops, measure the cabinet boxes and add overhang allowances.

Accurate measurement is the most critical step in your countertop project. Even small errors can result in expensive mistakes, material waste, or ill-fitting slabs. We strongly recommend scheduling a professional template measurement with our team.
